The most awaited festival is back for another round of mayhem. The Great Indian Rock Festival 2008 promises to be bigger and better this year .The festival goes national with Big Gig’s in 7 cities namely Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Bangalore, Pune, Shillong and Hyderabad.
Dates for Great Indian rock Festival 2008 are as follows.
Last Date for receiving entries – 10th October
Results will be announced on the 15th of October.
The Festival will take place on the following dates-
Hyderabad – 23rd and 24th of October (club gigs)
Pune- 29th of October
Mumbai- 31st of October and 1st of November
Delhi- 1st and 2nd of November

Indian Ocean is a contemporary fusion music band from India. Some music critics describe the Indian Ocean music as "Indo-rock fusion with jazz-spiced rhythms that integrates shlokas, sufism, environmentalism, mythology and revolution".

Its always been there... the music.. Started out playing guitar at the age of 12, or was it 13?.. doesnt matter. But i remember I started playing bcoz there was no one else to play while i sang.
